Led a small team delivering a staffing platform for a US nursing client, owning both the technical build and client communication on scope and milestones.

A US nursing staffing client needed Master Admin and Facility panels with dynamic role-based access, delivered end-to-end by a small distributed team.
Solution
Led a team of 2 developers through end-to-end delivery, owning client communication on scope and milestones. Built dynamic role-based access control and REST API integration across both panels, and managed the Git workflow to keep the team's code consistent.
