The problem
Teams needed accurate productivity tracking across both desktop and web, without maintaining two separate codebases or state layers.
What I built
Shipped a cross-platform productivity tracker sharing a single React/Zustand state layer: the Electron desktop app captures time logs, periodic screenshots, and keyboard/mouse activity with idle-time detection, while the web panel handles task creation, status updates, and active-vs-idle productivity reporting.
